“Shay looooved her hope box! She was so excited from the moment she saw the puppy on the box. She lit up when she saw the stuffed animal and the blanket. Then she had so much fun putting the stuff on. Before we started she gave the puppy a hug and said “it’s okay I got you, it won’t hurt” 🥰 and afterwards she said “wow my puppy looks so cool!” Then we were showing her pictures of her with her stuff on and she thought it was so cool they looked alike…It was so cute to listen to her talk to it. I wish I would have recorded it but we were on the phone with my mom! But we said that’s exactly what these boxes are supposed to do. I think you guys nailed it on the head with that idea. It was perfect in every way.”
